Campbell Residence Support Worker

The Support Worker position involves working closely with residents in a group home environment. Candidates should have a Community Support Worker Certificate and experience supporting individuals with disabilities. The ideal applicant demonstrates effective communication skills and the ability to teach life skills while advocating for residents' well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor residents’ programs effectively

• Provide personalized support and teach essential life skills

• Advocate for individuals and families to obtain necessary resources

• Ensure physical, educational, and health needs are met

• Collaborate with team members to create a supportive environment

Requirements:

• Community Support Worker Certificate or equivalent

• Three months’ experience in a similar role

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification

• Class 5 driver’s license (Class 4 preferred)

• Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
