As a Desk Support Technician, you'll handle service requests and on-site support, resolving both routine and complex technical problems. You will set up and maintain various hardware and software components while providing customer instructions on systems use. This role requires self-sufficiency in identifying issues and communicating effectively with management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address and complete incoming service requests
• Troubleshoot technical issues needing an on-site visit
• Perform hardware and software installations
• Educate users on system applications and protocols
• Communicate potential issues with management promptly
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in hardware and software support
• Knowledge of Office 365 and Active Directory
• Experience with ticketing systems like Service Now
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Fully vaccinated status as per Health Authority
