Position: Insurance Customer Service Expert - HUB International

With at least a year in Personal Insurance, you will proactively engage with clients to ensure updated coverage. Relationship building is key, enabling the identification of gaps and cross-sell opportunities in their existing policies. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will help achieve client satisfaction while maintaining retention goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage clients proactively regarding policy renewals

• Identify and address coverage gaps effectively

• Build and maintain excellent client relationships

• Identify additional products or services for cross-selling

• Remain knowledgeable about Personal Lines insurance products

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of Personal Insurance experience required

• Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset

• Proven ability to drive sales initiatives

• Strong communication and detail-oriented skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
