As a member of HUB’s Renewal Team, you will proactively engage clients, reviewing their existing coverage and offering tailored insurance solutions in habitational, travel, and auto insurance. Your focus on exceptional service will enhance client relationships and drive retention while ensuring all policies are up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate discussions with clients on policy renewal needs
• Maintain strong relationships through exceptional service
• Discover cross-sell opportunities by reviewing client portfolios
• Follow up diligently to meet retention goals
• Stay knowledgeable about Personal Lines products
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Personal Insurance
• Level 2 General Insurance License preferred
• Strong communication skills in both forms
• Ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
