Key Responsibilities:

• Perform janitorial tasks like sweeping and disinfecting surfaces

• Monitor and maintain all building equipment functionality

• Handle repairs, plumbing, and landscaping on-site

• Assist new staff and oversee volunteer activities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety programs

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education with 2 years of experience

• Building Service Worker Diploma is a plus

• Must hold current Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Criminal Record Clearance – Vulnerable Sector
