Maintenance Specialist at Crewydden Seniors Community

This role requires working closely with the Site Leader to uphold the standards of facility maintenance. You will be charged with documenting required maintenance checks and performing both routine and emergency repairs as needed. In addition, overseeing the grounds cleanliness and safety precautions is essential, particularly in winter conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety checks and maintenance records are logged

• Maintain the building in a secure and functional state

• Execute work orders via the Maintenance Care computer program

• Oversee snow and ice removal in winter

• Perform painting tasks for suites and common areas

Requirements:

• Completed High School education, 2+ years of relevant experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Knowledge of fire and building codes mandatory

• Team-oriented with a respectful communication style

• Clear a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check
