Registration Practice Training Lead

In this full-time temporary position, you’ll support the Regional Manager, Registration, in facilitating crucial training for Patient Placement and Registration staff. With a solid background in healthcare processes, your role will strengthen quality standards and implement new operational workflows to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and facilitate staff orientation and training

• Develop and implement educational strategies

• Guide the enhancement of registration processes

• Role model excellence in patient management

• Foster a collaborative and effective learning environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

• Minimum of five years’ experience in complex organizations

• BC Driver's License required

• Strong knowledge of Excel and Share Point

• Expertise in adult education principles
