Position: Clinical Nurse Mentor at Island Health

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical mentorship and practice support to nursing staff

• Collaborate with nurse educators for effective training

• Advise on nursing practices and clinical instruction

• Lead initiatives for clinical practice development

• Support nurses in achieving skill development goals
Requirements:

• Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse in BC

• Minimum three years nursing experience with mentorship

• Leadership training or equivalent experience required

• Knowledge of clinical practice standards and guidelines

• CPR certification and ability to operate caregiving systems
