Position: Dollar Tree Retail Service Associate
Join Dollar Tree in Duncan, British Columbia, as a Customer Service Associate, where your focus will be delivering exceptional customer service and managing store operations.

This part-time position involves direct interaction with customers, assisting them with inquiries and managing cash register processes. You will also help maintain a tidy and secure store environment. The role requires unloading merchandise and ensuring shelves are adequately stocked, all while fostering a positive atmosphere for both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers with inquiries and product recommendations

• Efficiently manage cash transactions

• Keep the store organized and secure assets

• Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of store areas

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus

• Capability to lift weights between 30-50 lbs. regularly

• Excellent communication and organizational skills necessary

• Ability to follow instructions and meet physical demands
