Position: Indoor Merchandiser for Walmart
Join Rainbow Greenhouses to enhance the indoor plant experience at Walmart as a Merchandiser. This part-time role involves hands-on care for live plants and eye-catching displays.

As a Merchandiser for the Indoor Program at Walmart Supercentre, you will work independently to maintain the plant displays. The part-time commitment of 3-8 hours per week provides flexibility while you ensure that live plants remain healthy and well-presented. Your attention to detail will be key to attracting shoppers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refresh and merchandise displays of live plants

• Water and care for plants on display

• Organize, rotate, and cull plants regularly

• Restock plant displays after shipments

• Maintain communication with store staff as needed

Requirements:

• Reliable and self-motivated to work alone

• Physical capability to lift and manage products

• Strong focus on detail and visual appeal

• Effective communication skills

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred
