Position: Day Remodel Associate at Walmart
Join Walmart as a Day Remodel Associate in Duncan, BC, where you will collaborate with the Remodel Lead and Day Remodel Manager to establish standards in renovated departments.

Your role ensures merchandise security and excellent customer service amidst ongoing renovations.

As a Day Remodel Associate, you'll assist in stocking various departments such as General Merchandise and Grocery while ensuring the presentation meets company standards. You will rely on your organizational skills to set modular displays and maintain in-stock accuracy before and after renovations. Providing exceptional service to customers during their shopping experience is a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-ticket merchandise is secured in designated locations

• Stock departments including Grocery, Dairy/Frozen, and Fresh

• Set mods by using print sheets and labels

• Assist in shrink prevention by scanning damaged merchandise

• Merchandise endcaps and action areas consistently

Requirements:

• Ability to work in construction areas with safety gear

• Excellent customer focus and communication skills

• Dependable and organized approach to tasks

• Experience in retail merchandising preferred

• Must be able to handle physical demands of the job
