Tenant Assistance Worker at Lookout Housing

This casual role reports to the Site Manager and focuses on delivering support services to tenants with complex needs. You will participate in intakes, develop service plans, and ensure access to basic essentials. Your work will significantly impact the lives of adults striving for a better future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tenant intakes and support service assessments

• Create effective service plans for individual needs

• Monitor financial and medication administration

• Keep accurate records and statistical data

• Collaborate with students and volunteers effectively

Requirements:

• Diploma in Community Social Service is essential

• Minimum two years of related experience needed

• Food Safe and First Aid Certificates if required

• Class 5 BC Drivers’ License as necessary

• Criminal Record Clearance – Vulnerable Sector
