Join PCCR as a Community Inclusion Program Coordinator, enhancing communication and service quality for those supported. You’ll manage daily program operations and employee development effectively.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee Community Inclusion services, ensuring that each supported person receives tailored attention. Work closely with colleagues on program management, staff training, and crisis response. Your efforts will directly influence the meaningfulness of community inclusion for individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in Community Inclusion program procurements
• Set up and manage community-based initiatives
• Oversee recruitment and retention of staff
• Support staff training and individual service plans
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant field
• Three years of experience in Community Inclusion or managerial role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows applications
• Certification in First-Aid and CPR Level C
