Tenant Support Worker

Position: Full Time Tenant Support Worker
Enhance lives as a Full-Time Tenant Support Worker with Connective in Duncan, BC. Provide vital support to residents while fostering safety and cultural humility in a rewarding community-oriented role.

This position focuses on delivering casework services to enhance the quality of life for clients at Connective's supportive housing. You will implement individualized goals, strengthen life skills, and collaborate with various community agencies. Work hours are from Saturday to Wednesday, , in a unionized setting that welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply trauma-informed principles in all client interactions

• Assist residents with daily living and social skills

• Participate in goal setting and program planning

• Facilitate recreational, educational, and vocational activities

• Administer medication in accordance with policies

Requirements:

• Diploma in a related field and one year experience

• Experience with mental health challenges and community agencies

• Ability to handle aggressive behaviors effectively

• Willingness to complete required certifications

• Successfully pass a Criminal Records Check
