Experienced Boom Truck Operator Needed

Slegg Building Materials is seeking a Boom Truck Operator in Duncan, BC. This role involves delivering building materials and requires a valid driver’s license and crane operator certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out pre-trip inspections and notify maintenance requirements

• Load, unload, and deliver heavy drywall sheets

• Operate the boom crane safely during transport

• Maintain truck cleanliness inside and out

• Collaborate with dispatch and customers on-site

Requirements:

• Class 1 driver’s license with air brakes endorsement required

• Level A crane ticket with minimum 1 year experience

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

• Basic mathematics and hand tool knowledge

• Ability to work both independently and on a team
