ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to work part or full time at Domino’s Pizza. You’ll handle phone orders, customer service, and support daily operations. Flexible schedules available to accommodate students or those needing extra income.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Operate all store equipment
• Stock ingredients and manage inventory
• Prepare product, take orders via phone and in person
• Process telephone orders and manage paperwork
• Clean equipment and facilities daily

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SKILLS

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Provide correct monetary change
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
• Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen
• Use eye‑hand coordination, motor skills, and ability to work quickly

TRAINING

Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers via phone and in person

WORK CONDITIONS

• Exposure to weather, temperature variations, fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces
• Use of various physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying objects up to 30 pounds, pushing/pulling trays
• Required physical tasks: stooping, bending, reaching, squatting, hand coordination

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum age 16 years
• Ability to work flexible hours, part or full time
• Team oriented and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment
