At Alderlea Dental, you will play a key role in providing exceptional care alongside our supportive and friendly team. You will have the latest hygiene technology available for you to provide excellent dental care.
The position can be either full-time or part-time. The clinic is open Monday to Thursday, closed Fridays and all weekends.
You will collaborate with our dentists during exams and procedures, all while building meaningful relationships with those you serve. We prioritize work-life balance, so you'll enjoy a schedule without evenings or weekends. Responsibilities- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and preventive care to ensure optimal oral health for our patients.
- Collaborate with dentists during exams and procedures to provide comprehensive care and enhance patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, empowering them to maintain healthy habits between visits.
- Utilize the latest hygiene technology to deliver efficient and effective dental care.
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with patients, fostering trust and long-term loyalty.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to support seamless care and follow-up.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment for all staff members.
- Talk to patients and make sure they feel comfortable and taken care of before, during, and after the examination
- Licence to practice hygiene in BC.
- Experience in providing comprehensive dental cleanings and preventive care.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
- Proven track record of collaborating with dental teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Familiarity with the latest dental hygiene technology and its application in patient care.
- Skill in educating patients on oral hygiene practices to promote long-term health.
- Experience in maintaining accurate and detailed patient records for seamless care.
- Ability to build and nurture meaningful relationships with patients, fostering trust and loyalty.
$55 - $60 hourly
