We are currently seeking a highly skilled Orthopaedic Surgeon for a locum tenens position near Duncan, OK. This opportunity is ideal for a board-certified or board-eligible physician with a specialization in orthopedic surgery who is interested in providing crucial emergency department (ED) call coverage.   • Call Coverage:
    • Provide ED call coverage, responding to all calls within 15 minutes.
    • Must be available to arrive onsite within 30 minutes when needed.
    • Flexibility to adjust call schedule as required based on changes in local staffing.

• Licensure:
  • Must be licensed in Oklahoma or eligible for licensure through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
• Certifications:
  • Board Certification:
    Required (Board-Eligible candidates considered)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required
  • ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, and BLS certifications are not required.
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in orthopedic surgery with a focus on emergency procedures is highly desirable.
• Credentialing:
  • Estimated credentialing timeframe is 60-90 days.
  • Temporary privileges are available for qualified candidates.
