• A bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required. A master's degree in electrical, mechanical, or aerospace engineering is preferred, with a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry or other industries such as mining, industrial, chemical plants, and/or heavy equipment design.
• Master of Business Administration is desired, but not required.
• Demonstrated project management across functional groups, centers, and organizations, including creating projects in Enterprise Program Management tools (Microsoft Project, SAP). Experience managing project charge-outs, project costs, and managing capital assets is desired, but not required.
• Experience interfacing closely with suppliers and/or customers on requirements, schedules, delivery costs/pricing and performance.
• Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
