JD:

• A bachelor’s degree in a STEM field is required. However, a master’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or aerospace engineering is preferred with a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry or other industries such as mining, industrial, chemical plants, and/or heavy equipment design.
• Master of Business Administration is desired, but not required.
• Demonstrated project management across functional groups, centers, and organizations, including creating projects in Enterprise Program Management tools (Microsoft Project, SAP). Experience managing projects charge outs, projects costs, and managing capital assets is desired, but not required.
• Experience interfacing closely with suppliers and/or customers on requirements, schedules, delivery costs/pricing and performance.
• Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
