• Shift: Night Shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00)

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1680 - $1800
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 labor, 1:2 couplets
• Weekend Requirement: 2 weekend shifts per 3-week schedule
• Orientation: 24 hours

• Active Oklahoma RN license or compact state nursing license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications required
• STABLE and IFMC certifications (can be completed during onboarding)
• Experience with Meditech charting preferred
• Mother-baby and newborn care experience preferred
• First-time travel nurses and local Oklahoma candidates welcome
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in a Birth Center setting
• Circulate for C-sections and assist with newborn circumcisions
• Provide outpatient pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum care services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Radiology, Social Services, and Pharmacy
• Operate GE fetal monitors and Phillips cardiac monitors
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech (preferred)
• Maintain 1:1 labor and 1:2 couplet patient ratios for optimal care
• Participate in blocked scheduling and required weekend coverage
• No on-call or float requirements (rare exceptions may apply)
