Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Responsibilities and Duties

• Travel to the client(s) location and provide ABA therapy, as directed by the treatment plan created by the assigned Board-certified behavioral analyst (BCBA).
• Be available for supervision, phone conferences, and team meetings deemed necessary by your supporting BCBA.
• Have reliable transportation available to commute to the client(s) location and be prompt to every appointment
• Electronically collect and record session data daily (we provide training on our electronic systems)

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills

• Experience:
  
  RBT certification from the BACB.
• 1 + years of related experience plus willingness & ability to obtain RBT certification may also be accepted
• Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or a national equivalent.
• Great writing and verbal communication
• Willing to have a background check
• Central Reach experience a plus!
