The Fairfield Inn & Suites - Duncan is seeking a hands-on leader to join the Integral Hospitality team and elevate this property! Located off Highway 81, it is centrally situated between Oklahoma City, Lawton, Wichita Falls, Dallas, and Fort Sill.

The ideal candidate will have hotel management experience, strong customer service skills, and a management style that involves detailed oversight of daily operations. Focus areas include staff training, departmental structure, monitoring revenue, and controlling expenses to ensure profitability. Support and guidance will be provided by Integral Hospitality Solutions, a Marriott-approved management company. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

• Experience as a General Manager, Marriott experience preferred
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems
• Sales and marketing skills; sales experience a plus
