Fab Logix seeks an Automation Lead to champion robotic and automated fabrication cells, owning uptime, performance, and data flow to the cells. You will train operators, manage maintenance, and serve as the primary technical contact with OEMs for troubleshooting and support.
Reporting to Production Manager and collaborating with Engineering, you will ensure throughput, quality, and safe operations while expanding automation value as the company scales.
