DUNCAN, SC | 1ST & 2ND SHIFTS | 12-HOUR SHIFTS | 3-DAY WORKWEEK!

Canadian Executive Search Group (CES/AWS) is currently hiring dependable and motivated Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Duncan, SC! We are looking for hardworking individuals who are ready to join a fast-paced production environment.

Location: Duncan, SC
Pay Rate: $18.00+/HR (Depending on Shift)
Employment Type: Full-Time

1ST SHIFT – DAY SHIFT

• Hours:
  
  6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Typical Schedule:
  
  Thursday – Saturday
• 12-Hour Shifts

2ND SHIFT – NIGHT SHIFT

• Hours:
  
  6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Typical Schedule:
  
  Thursday – Saturday
• 12-Hour Shifts

WORK 3 DAYS A WEEK AND ENJOY 4 DAYS OFF!

Schedules may vary based on production needs.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, ensuring quality production, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and production equipment
• Load and unload materials into machines
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production concerns
• Maintain production goals while following quality standards
• Perform basic machine adjustments and routine equipment checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
• Assist with additional production duties as needed

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and operate manufacturing equipment
• Must be available for the assigned shift and schedule

• Starting Pay of $18.00+/HR!
• 1st and 2nd Shifts Available!
• 12-Hour Shifts – Typically Thursday through Saturday!
