General

Job Description:

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.

Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.

Program, troubleshoot, and modify PLC logic and automation systems.

Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on manufacturing equipment.

Support machine optimization initiatives to improve productivity and reduce downtime.

Lead and support machine build projects and automation upgrades.

Coordinate with purchasing for maintenance and automation-related materials.

Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.

Maintain equipment in accordance with preventive maintenance programs.

Support special projects and assist Maintenance Leadership as needed.

Required High School Diploma or GED.Associate Degree in Mechatronics or equivalent technical field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial automation, controls, or maintenance.

Strong knowledge of:

Allen-Bradley Studio 5000

RSLogix 500

Factory Talk View Studio Siemens TIA Portal Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics.

Advanced troubleshooting skills in manufacturing environments.

Preferred Experience in automotive manufacturing.

Knowledge of injection molding processes and automated production equipment.

Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and equipment reliability initiatives.

Continuous improvement and project management experience
