Shipping Clerk - 3rd Shift

Where we need you

• Communicate with customers, carriers, and shipping providers to coordinate shipments and resolve issues.
• Prepare and manage shipping quotes for customers.
• Negotiate freight and shipping rates with carriers and couriers.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
• Monitor shipment activity to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. (Job posting wording based on shipping coordination responsibilities.)
• Prepare reports and provide logistics data to management.
• Support customs and transportation compliance requirements when applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned

How to convince us

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good attendance record and reliability.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

• SAP experience.
• Customs and international shipping knowledge.
• Previous experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse, or transportation operations.
