As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll help customers protect what matters most while developing valuable sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Building relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Learning how to identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions
• Generating new business through calls, referrals, networking, and follow-up
• Scheduling appointments and conducting insurance reviews
• Educating customers on Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Business Insurance
• Preparing quotes and assisting with policy changes and renewals
• Following up with leads and maintaining an organized sales pipeline
• Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after each sale
• Achieving personal sales goals while continuously improving your skills
• Participating in ongoing training and coaching

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, banking, fitness, or sales experience is helpful but not required
