Accounting Manager

We’re seeking a hands-on accounting leader to oversee accounting operations and partner closely with the CFO during our next growth and transformation phase. We play a critical role in supporting organizations where power continuity is essential, helping schools, healthcare facilities, and enterprises maintain the infrastructure that keeps operations running when outages occur. • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and maintenance of strong accounting controls.
• Partner with the CFO to improve accounting processes, reporting capabilities, and financial infrastructure.
• Manage revenue recognition, deferred revenue accounting, and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Own cash flow forecasting, treasury activities, banking relationships, and debt covenant reporting.
• Oversee sales tax compliance, fixed asset accounting, and coordination of audits and tax filings.
• Optimize Net Suite and other financial systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Mentor and develop accounting team members while supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance. CPA preferred.
• Progressive accounting experience with demonstrated ownership of key accounting processes; prior team leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP with experience in financial reporting, month-end close, general ledger management, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Process-improvement mindset with ERP experience (Net Suite preferred) and the ability to build scalable accounting practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; exposure to inventory, manufacturing, service-based, or multi-entity environments preferred.
