Administer, integrate, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Clear Case, Clear Quest, JIRA, and other enterprise software productivity and configuration management tools. Develop automation and requirements repositories, maintain tool infrastructure and documentation, and support engineering teams through training, consulting, and workflow improvements.
Requirements: Requires at least ten years of combined experience in software engineering, systems engineering, systems administration, or configuration management, including six years as a Tools Engineer supporting comparable programs. A technical or business bachelor's degree is required, with four additional years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of the degree; candidates must also meet DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification requirements and hold an active TS/SCI clearance with the appropriate polygraph.
