As a Account Associate
- State Farm Agent Team Member with Stephanie Jameson

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

• Communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
