AI JOBS is hiring for one of the global players in the construction materials industry
. This is a great opportunity for a motivated leader to oversee production operations, drive process efficiency, and ensure quality standards in a high-performing cement manufacturing environment.

The Production Supervisor ensures continuous material production by operating and controlling automated systems, coordinating maintenance activities, and managing day-to-day plant operations. This role involves close collaboration with management, maintenance, and quality teams to meet production goals safely and efficiently.

• Oversee daily start-up, operation, and shutdown of production systems.
• Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and general housekeeping activities.
• Perform routine quality checks and ensure mill operations stay within specification.
• Operate heavy machinery (forklift, skid steer, sucker truck, sweeper) as required.
• Coordinate daily production activities for granulation, dryers, and finish mills.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Distribution, and Quality teams to achieve KPIs.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate findings to the Production Coordinator.
• Support compliance with union labor agreements within the Production department.
• Foster a culture of safety and adherence to environmental standards.
• Work 12-hour rotating shifts and be available for occasional local travel.

• Education: Associate’s degree required;
  Bachelor’s in a technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in industrial operations, including 5 years in a supervisory capacity. Experience in a cement plant or heavy industry is highly preferred.
• Other Requirements:
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and learn new software systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Compliance with PPE and safety standards, including respirator fit testing.
