DescriptionTeam Overview: The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on‑site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem‑solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Role Overview: Due to continued growth we wish to integrate an Electrical Assembly Supervisor to support our mechanical assembly production, in our assembly facility located in Dundalk. This post is a permanent position and offers amazing opportunities for any successful candidate who wishes to gain experience within a progressive and dynamic company. The role will be based in Dundalk to ensure works and procedures are being carried out in a timely manner.
We are currently seeking a self‑motivated and enthusiastic individual who can supervise, delegate work accordingly and support Project Managers on progress and advancements.

Responsible to | Senior Production Manager
Responsible for coordinating with project management through regular meetings to track progress and programmes, overseeing the setup and safe startup of the assembly area, and supervising daily electrical installation operations to meet production, quality, and safety standards. The role includes planning and allocating resources, setting clear objectives and target dates, providing hands‑on support, and leading, coaching, and developing assembly teams to achieve performance goals.
It also involves driving continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring and reporting KPIs, collaborating with engineering, quality, and supply chain functions to resolve issues, managing subcontractors and ensuring RAMS compliance, attending site meetings to maintain project readiness, and undertaking any additional duties required by management.
