Interim Financial Controller

Interim Financial Controller job with a technology organisation on 3 month initial contract, based in Dundee. You will be on site three days per week. This role is to oversee the full finance function of the company, ensuring accounting records are accurate and up to date while reporting deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities:

• Accurate and up-to-date accounting records (using Sage)
• Project-based accounting with experience managing multiple project budgets and project cash flow
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Monthly reporting to management and the wider group
• Maintain cashflow forecasts and track daily and periodic performance
• Preparation of VAT returns and submission to HMRC
• Ensure purchase invoices are recorded accurately and payments are made in line with payment terms
• Year end financial statements

To apply, you will be an experienced Accountant with a background in project accounting.

Salary: £60,000 or day rate equivalent
