• Prepare year‑end accounts for a varied client base.
• Complete management accounts.
• Support clients with day‑to‑day financial queries.
• Review work completed by junior colleagues and provide constructive feedback.
• Help ensure high‑quality service is delivered consistently.
• Get involved in ad‑hoc advisory work, supporting clients through periods of growth or change.

• Experienced accounting professional with practice background.
• Fully qualified (ACCA/ICAS) or qualified by experience with a strong technical foundation.
• Confident preparing statutory accounts and managing multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to mentor junior staff.
• Experience with cloud‑based systems such as Xero or Quick Books beneficial but not essential.
