We are looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist to provide occasional cover for annual leave and sickness cover throughout the year. This is an ad‑hoc temporary role, ideal for someone flexible, well‑organised, and confident in a front‑of‑house environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting visitors and managing the reception area
- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Supporting light administrative tasks
- Providing an excellent first impression of the organisation
- Friendly, professional, and approachable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to adapt quickly and work independently
- Flexible availability to cover planned and short‑notice shifts
