Salary
£28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
HoursMonday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
Holiday31 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) increasing with service.
About the Office Manager RoleWe are TC Group, a top 20 accountancy firm in the UK. The Dundee office is looking to expand its team and welcome an Office Manager on a full-time basis. You will coordinate workflow, support client and administrative processes, and ensure a professional and efficient working environment. Alongside managing office operations, you will support and develop apprentices, contribute to process improvements, and act as a central point of contact for both internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate workflow and client activity to ensure deadlines are met and processes run efficiently.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a professional front-of-house and reception service.
- Oversee office administration, including post handling, filing, client onboarding/disengagement, and general operational support.
- Manage office facilities and supplier relationships, ensuring a safe, well‑maintained, and compliant working environment.
- Support client and financial administration: process payments, maintain records, and assist with annual projects.
- Take ownership of systems, processes, and team coordination, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in line with business standards.
- Lead and support the apprenticeship programme, including managing apprentices, tracking progress, and coordinating reviews and development plans.
- Previous experience in an Office Manager or administrative leadership role.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Confident in leading people, supporting development, and driving team performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and external clients.
- Proactive and solution‑focused, with the ability to identify improvements and implement efficient processes.
- High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across systems, records, and administrative tasks.
- Experience with in a professional services or practice environment is desirable but not essential.
