Sales Enablement Lead

What Youll Do

• Design and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned with go-to-market priorities and product lifecycle.
• Build and maintain the Sales Playbook messaging positioning objection handling and best practices.
• Lead enablement for new product launches ensuring readiness across direct and partner channels.
• Partner with Product early to embed commercial and competitive considerations into development.
• Coordinate high-impact sales collateral and training programmes in collaboration with Brand and L&D.
• Optimise enablement systems and processes track KPIs and report performance insights.
• Act as the central connector across teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.

• Proven experience in sales enablement leadership designing programmes that drive revenue performance.
• Expertise in building enablement infrastructuretools content systems and frameworks.
• Strong collaboration skills in a matrixed environment influencing without authority.
• Ability to embed competitive insights and differentiation into content and training.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable impact.
• Adaptability and creativity to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
