The Travel Industry Partnerships Executive (TIPE) plays a key role within the Travel Industry Partnerships team, acting as the operational backbone that enables the team to deliver strong partner performance and a high-quality advisor experience.
Reporting to the Commercial Partnerships Director, this role supports both Travel Partnerships Managers and key B2B resellers. You will take ownership of day-to-day partner operations, advisor onboarding and support, and selected account management, ensuring everything runs smoothly as the channel continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities Partner Operations & Support- Support the day-to-day running of the Travel Industry Partnerships team, ensuring strong organisation and execution across partner activity.
- Maintain CRM accuracy (Salesforce), partner assets, and internal processes.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams (Sales & Service, Marketing, Finance), coordinating and progressing partner‑related activity.
- Work closely with Travel Industry Partnerships Managers to support account activity and deliver against partner needs.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment while ensuring smooth internal alignment across functions.
- Own the onboarding experience for new travel advisors, ensuring a smooth and engaging introduction to Mr & Mrs Smith.
- Deliver training sessions and ongoing support to encourage platform adoption and drive bookings.
- Own the commercial performance of some of Mr & Mrs Smith’s longstanding partners, driving engagement and bookings in line with team targets.
- Manage a portfolio of lower‑complexity advisor accounts, supporting performance through regular communication and follow‑up.
- Support the execution of account plans across the wider team, ensuring consistent delivery against agreed objectives.
- Track and report on partner performance, contributing to weekly trading updates and highlighting key trends or opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy across systems, including Salesforce, to support effective account management and reporting.
- Own the planning and coordination of all FAM trips, sales visits, and trade shows.
- Work with Travel Industry Partnerships Managers to deliver impactful itineraries and manage all logistics.
- Support attendance at key industry events, representing the brand and strengthening relationships.
- Support the resolution of commission queries and booking‑related issues, working with Finance and Customer Support teams.
- Ensure partners receive timely and clear responses.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with external partners.
- Experience in travel, partnerships, or account support is beneficial.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
- A growth mindset, with curiosity and adaptability to new ways of working in an increasingly AI‑enabled travel landscape.
- Based within travel distance of London and able to attend in‑person meetings and events when required.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a team, keeping things running smoothly, assisting resellers and owning key areas of delivery in a support‑based position. All while building hands‑on experience in partnerships and account management, gaining a strong foothold within the travel industry.
