Head of Sales

Eden Scott is delighted to be working with a fast-growing service provider to professional offices across the UK.

They have created a new position of Head of Sales to join the team, this role will report into the CEO and lead the sales team to drive new business across the UK.

• To lead, manage, and develop the Sales Team to meet agreed sales targets, and executing agreed marketing strategies
• To report regularly to the CEO with progress towards the target, and other sales-related matters and to lead weekly sales meetings where Directors may be present
• To execute the agreed sales development strategy with the use of the agreed tools and budgets set aside for this, including making best use of Hub Spot for tracking and reporting
• To arrange completion tender applications, PQQ’s and RFP’s etc in line with agreed commercial offerings
• To attend/lead sales presentations for large prospects

• You will be an experienced new business development professional with proven experience of managing a team to sell products or services into professional office clients
• You will have experience of writing tenders and delivering presentations
• Knowledge of Hub Spot

This role offers an excellent competitive salary circa £70,000-£80,000 plus a car or car allowance and OTE at circa £100k.
