Client Services Delivery is the main operational delivery division within Social Security Scotland. Our teams deliver a wide range of benefits and services to those most in need across Scotland. This includes people on low incomes, disabled people, carers, young people entering the workplace and to help people heat their homes. The Business Support Team delivers high quality support to the divisional Senior Management Team and operational support to the wider division.
The successful candidate will be part of the business support team within Client Services Delivery.
As a Business Support Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting Senior Leaders including Deputy Directors, Heads of Client Services and Head of Operations across the division. This is a high profile, varied and fast paced role suitable for a confident individual who can be adaptable, flexible, enthusiastic and able to work independently to deadlines and cope with challenging and numerous demands.
This role requires excellent communication skills and an understanding of Microsoft packages to manage your varied workload.
