This UKAS accredited company is searching for a well-versed Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst who can cover client sites across South London. Applicants will need BOHS P402 and it would be beneficial to have the BOHS P403 and P404 as well. The role involves undertaking surveys, completing 4‑stage clearances, writing up reports and collecting ACM samples. • Worked for a UKAS accredited asbestos company
• Technical knowledge of HSG 264 and relevant health & safety legislation
• Proficient IT skills
• Gained the BOHS P402
• Ideally possess BOHS P403 and P404
• Flexible and adaptable to travel
• Experience working on varied client sites (commercial, domestic, industrial)

• Completing 4‑stage clearances
• Collecting ACM samples from sites
• Meeting deadlines and setting surveying targets
• Producing detailed reports and advising clients
• Wearing PPE
• Carrying out personal, reassurance, smoke, leak and background air monitoring
• Undertaking management, refurbishment, demolition and re‑inspection asbestos surveys
