Position

Quantity Surveyor – Dundee (Office-based, 4.5 days per week, Tayside region)

About the Employer

An established main contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work, seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial management of projects from start to finish
Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
Assist with cost planning, valuations, and variations
Monitor project costs and report
Support preparation of final accounts
Work closely with site and project teams

Requirements

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS in a main contractor environment
Good understanding of construction contracts
Strong numerical and commercial awareness
Eager to develop and progress within a growing business
