Carrington West is seeking an experienced Works Manager to oversee highways and civil engineering projects on a freelance basis in North Somerset. You will manage day-to-day delivery, ensure work is progressing safely, on time and to specification.
The role requires hands-on leadership of site teams, direct labour and subcontractors, plus compliance with health and safety standards. A CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid are essential;
Streetworks experience would be advantageous.
