We currently have seven depots and are the sole IVECO dealer group in Scotland. Additionally, we also represent Ford, Fiat and Maxus commercial vehicle franchises, whilst also offering a wide range of used vehicles.

We have a new and exciting opening for an experienced Parts Adviser to join the Parts Team at our in Dundee.

To work within a dedicated team providing original and aftermarket parts support to a customer base of commercial vehicle operators and other small businesses.

Provide parts support to our own very busy workshop.

• Communicate with customers to determine their requirements.
• Identify parts, produce quotations and supply parts required for various jobs.
• Accurately process customer/workshop orders as well as orders received via other AM Phillip Trucktech branches.
• Assist colleagues where required with goods in, parcel despatch, serving on customer counters and warehouse duties.
• Take part in the completion of the department’s annual stock take.

• Experience in a similar roll is essential.
• Good communication skills.
• Customer Service skills.
• Experience of commercial vehicles is preferable but not essential.
• IT literacy.
• Punctuality.
• Successful applicants will enjoy excellent working conditions as well as a competitive remuneration package.
