We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team at the service desk of our busy vehicle workshop in Muiryfaulds, Forfar.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, ideally within a commercial vehicle environment. Good organisation skills and someone up for a challenge.
The RoleWe have an exciting opening for a Trainee Parts Adviser to join the Parts Team at our Dundee branch. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a willingness and drive to learn, develop, and progress within the Commercial Vehicle Parts sector. Full training will be provided.
The PersonWe’re looking for someone with:
- NAT 5 Maths & English
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Customer-focused, hardworking and trustworthy
- Willingness to learn

What you’ll be doing- Working within a dedicated team providing original and aftermarket parts support to a range of customers, including commercial vehicle operators and small businesses.
- Supplying parts to our busy workshop.
- Communicating with customers to understand their requirements.
- Identifying parts, producing quotes, and supplying the required parts for various jobs.
- Helping with goods-in, parcel dispatch, serving at the customer counter, and warehouse duties when required.
- 30 Days holiday per annum, plus an extra holiday on your birthday (after a year's service)
