Dundee (Forfar Agency, Angus & Dundee)

Full Time, Permanent Contract. Mon – Fri, 9-5, 37.5 hr week (option of 35 hr for pro‑rata salary). Office based.

Circa £26,000 (dependant on experience and hours)

The role will suit someone who is passionate about helping and going the extra mile for customers. You will be required to provide outstanding customer service and sales for new and existing policyholders whilst meeting the required regulatory standards. You’ll be dealing with existing policy enquiries, alterations, and providing quotation changes, primarily in our motor and home insurance products with potential future progression into commercial.

• Experience of working in a busy, team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• An eye for detail.
• Polite professional manner, confident on the phone and with IT.
• A good level of numeracy and the ability to articulate, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to produce accurate, well written documentation.
• Comfortable working within a regulated environment.
• Insurance experience is not essential, previous experience in customer care is preferred.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided, including in attaining the necessary NFU Mutual product licences required for this role.

Employee will be employed by an Agent of NFU Mutual, not NFU Mutual directly.
