Relay UK Call Handler – Make Every Word Count

Location:

2 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4BX
. Pay: £13.97 - £32.55 per hour (shift‑dependent).

Hours:

37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (incl. weekends & bank holidays).

Start date:

20/07/2026. Training: 4 weeks full‑time training (100% attendance required).

Convert spoken words into text instantly and accurately. Support Relay UK calls, Directory Enquiries, and more.

Stay calm, patient, and empathetic, especially during difficult or emotional calls. Provide a reliable lifeline for users who depend on you.

Your precision keeps conversations flowing smoothly. Your accuracy ensures clarity and safety, especially in urgent situations.

You must type 50+ words per minute at 98% accuracy. Typing will be tested during the application process.
