Customer Service Advisor - Temporary Opportunity (4 Weeks + Potential Extension)

We’re looking for friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Advisors. Based in a modern, welcoming office with free on‑site parking
, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent support to customers and service users. There is also potential for the role to extend beyond the initial 4‑week assignment for the right candidates.

• Handling inbound customer service enquiries with professionalism and care
• Completing administrative tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and electronic filing
• Updating internal systems accurately and efficiently

• Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or contact centre)
• Confident communication skills and a natural ability to engage with people
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail

• Competitive pay of £12.71 per hour
