SWARCO Smart Charging in Dundee is hiring a Customer Support Advisor on a fixed‑term contract of 6 months. You will be the first point of contact for EV drivers and ChargePoint owners across the Charge Place Scotland network, delivering friendly, helpful support and basic technical assistance.
Based at the Operations Centre in Dundee, you will handle registrations, log faults, and maintain records, working a 37.5-hour week on a rolling 24/7 rota.
